my period is 10 days late
my period is now ten days late me and my partner are trying for a baby.... been sick during the day with nausea and massive cramps and done pregnancy tests and all negative... Whats going on, need advice

I would suggest that u go to ur doctor nd ask for a blood test or ultrasound. Sometimes pos tests at home dnt work as u may not have enough hormone level in ur system to detect as yet.
