hello everyone,
i'm 31yrs old married,sexually active with no kids yet( never tried) having premenstrual spotting 4rm 4 yrs now.started after going off of combination pill..i spot 4r 3-5 days b4r period & sometimes after sex.i had pap, trans vag ulta sound in june'10 which found a cervical polyp & had d&c,polyptomy,hysteroscope for removal & everythin else lukd gud so my doc said there's nothin she can do & spotting is just who i am..
last mnth i insisted & got my progesterone chkd on day 21 & was 30..doc said its perfect..after procedure in oct i didn't spot atleast after sex till now..if i have sex a week b4r my period is due i start spotting a week which goes to period instead of regular 3-5 days..its not heavy but just some pink 4r the first days & brown spotting with brown blood for 3-4 days(as i would regularly)i had intercouse on fri & spotted pink on mon & nothin tue&wed..i'm due on sat/sun. i'm def not pregs ! my periods r not at regular inervals but range 4rm 28-31 days..i have moderate cramps..i want to strt with kids soon but want clear this up b4r starting..i'm having hard time convincing my hubby as he keeps saying i'm always spotting..it takes 12 days to completely clear spotting 4rm day 1..i'm devestated not knowing wat to do
..i somehow feel its progesterone..i have a gut feeling which says my progesterone levels strt falling soon after day 22/23 so want to try natural pro-gest cream but scared would get into more trouble...
could someone suggest me with any solution pls !! can i use progesterone cream despite of normal progesterone levels ?? any advice is appreciated..need desperate help !
