| Does a short luteal phase mean miscarriage?
I have been charting my temperatures for 10 months and have noticed that my luteal phase is usually around 7 days. I have looked this up online and read that 7 days is inadequate time for an egg to implant which will lead to miscarriage. However, I recently had what I suspect was implantation bleeding. (It was light, lasted about 1 day, and was mostly brown.)
My questions are these: If it really did implant, is there still a high risk of miscarriage? Is this higher risk of miscarriage that I've read about just referring to the risk of not being able to implant (and now that I've had implantation bleeding my baby is just as likely to survive as anyone else's), or am I still likely to miscarry even though it implanted?
