Wife taking prenatal vitamins recommended by dr.
had sex 3 days ago Ov kit had no smiles, had sex yesterday kit was no smiles, today kit is smiles we will have sex tonight to give over 24hrs for sperm to build up.
Any suggestions with conceiving tricks to help. Should wife keep pelvis up so semen doesn't drip out? Should we have sex more then once during these ovulation days? Any other tricks during sex to help conceive. Thanks
