Inconsistent symptoms

Hi

About 2 weeks ago, I was suddenly taken with urinary issues. I would get cramps in my bladder when urinating, I would urinate little but often and it'd still feel like urine was trapped in the end of my manhood. I'd also get a fuzzy feeling in my groin and manhood as well as a feeling of mini shocks running through it. I then got in the space of two weeks, 3 very bad dull cramps in my left side.

But as of over a week ago, it all started subsiding. The symptoms would come and go. One day I'd just have a fuzzy sensation and cramps, another day it'd be constant needing the toilet and cramp etc etc.
But after a week, it got to a stage the only symptom I was getting was cramps in my bladder when urinating and nothing else
I was urinating a lot less but larger quantities, and when I did the flow wasn't broken, or I wasn't struggling to get it out. Somedays, the cramps would be bad, others mild, and some would only last half a day.
These past two days, I've had nothing at all. Not a single hint of a cramp in my bladder......until tonight.

I thought initially it was bladder stones, but the symptoms for that is blood in your urine (which I haven't noticed). Restricted flow (not now, initially yes) a broken flow (no), cramps in the bladder (yes, but not consistant).Surely if it was bladder stones it'd be fairly consistant wouldn't it? It's either there or it isn't right?

I've had kidney stones in the past so was wondering if it was one of those, but I've had no extreme pain in my back.
Whats going off? Why is it so inconsistent?

Re: Inconsistent symptoms

It could be a bladder infection. You should probably see a doctor to make sure there is no bacteria in your bladder.
I hope you feel better soon!
