Very small bump on testicle/epididymis

yedaopa Newbie (male) Join Date: May 2017 Location: Leipzig Posts: 1	Very small bump on testicle/epididymis i am currently on cipro for what my urologist said was mild epididymitis, he did an ultrasound when i went for the epididymitis pain and probably didn't find any lumps, its very small like the size of a grain of rice and its a bit painful to touch and even takes me a while to find it. can it be cancer? if not what is it? my cipro prescription is about to end and the epididymitis pain is almost gone but what is that lump?
