Testis cancer?
Hi
I have some problems with the testicles/scrotum, as the last 14 days I have pain in the testicles and scrotum, I can not
differentiate it from exactly where it is coming from. It doesn't happen every day.
I wouldn't be worried if I wouldn't have a lump on my right testicle (I think I can describe it as being where the spermatic
dust comes to testacle, so it is on the back (anal side) of the testacle.
And I wasn't worried of a lump, because I've had it about 8 years ago. I went to a specialist who examined me by hand
(pressing very hard, it was very disconforting) and taking my urine. He then told me it is a normal lump. At this point I have
to mention that I've had a torsion of the left testicle when I was 10 years (I am 32 now). He told me this lump is from the
operation and I've probablly had it before, but didn't notice.
So I wasn't worried, but now I have this proble, I am. I saw a doctor (not specialist) and I don't have any bacteria in my
urine.
What bothers me is that problems started like an bladder infection, I had to urinate every few minutes, a few drops of urine
slipped after I finished etc. Pain in the scrotum was not immediately there. I still have some problems with urinating more
often, but in this days, the unpleasant feeling in scrotum was becoming my number one concern.
What I would like to ask, I do not find the information anywhere, is if it is possible you have a lump after torsion of the
testacle? If it is impossible, well, I am really scared than.
Yours
Matevz
