you should go to your doctor and ask to have a urine test done. i have had urinary tract infections constantly for the past 25yrs and the usual symptoms i get are stinging or burning whilst urinating, the urge to go to the toilet all the time but when i go, its hardly worth the effort, lower back pain, nausea sometimes with a bad infection i start vomiting and one usual sign of infection is foul smell of the urine.
it is best to get a urinary tract infection under control as soon as you can because the longer you leave it, the more chance it will travel to your kidneys and then you become really sick and the pain is horrible.
