hi, Yesterday i was laying in darkness and silence all day (not too uncommon as i have CFS) and all afternoon i kept hallucinanting, for about 30 seconds i would think i was talking to mum, or reading messages on the computer and that, it was SO real, i can't begin to describe it, then suddenly i would snap and relise its not happening then 2 or 3 seconds later would lapse back into them. For the past couple of weeks i have been needing to urinate all the time but when i get to the toilet i sturggle to go, i woke up yesterday with the most chronic back pain and stomach ache which i put down to period pain (but never had period pain like it). I feel dehydrated and get these thirsts that are almost painful, and i have pain and tenderness around my kidneys i think. So am guessing this could be a kidney infection. How would i know, and where do i go from here, what to expect etc cos i have never had one before.

ps)since i wrote this down i have had the simsons (the cartoon) family reunion take part in my room, or so i thought anyway, LOL
