Lightbulb Recurrent urine infections.

Can anyone help, my wife and i have been married 10 years,we have 5 children together,the first 2 were normal delivery, the last 3 were caesarean births, with the last 1, my wife had a lot of scar tissue from the 2 previous caesareans,and the doctor that delivered bub said her bladder had scar tissue attached and that her bladder popped out while cutting the scar tissue away from her bladder,Since then approx 18 months ago my wife keeps on getting cystitis about every 6 weeks,she gets releif from cranberry tablets and antibiotics, but were just fed up, Please help!
