somtimes if i dont urinate right away in time when i need to badly i wont be able to urinate fallowing that and i will feel this pain in lower abdomen above the penis tense pain which i imagine is the urin that has not been able to come out similarly happens when there is seman and it dosent come out what can i do for it

you MUST go see a urologist immediately. This could cause more damage and possibly infertility if you don't get this taken care of.
