Hey there. I think you are the one with the right duplicated collecting system? Well that is what I have too. That is what showed up on the IVP but I already knew I had something like that. I was told that it is not terribly uncommon and really doesn't cause problems. I heard before that it might possibly cause urinary reflux or some urine to not pass out when you urinate and instead shoot back up causing recurrent infections. You can get a voiding cystourethrogram to check for this. I had one before and I don't think that's a problem for me. Take Care.
