Post frequency of urination

I drink a lot of water daily and I'm about to go crazy with all the urinating. It seems to be getting worse. Does it necessarily mean an infection if you have an increase in going or urgency?

Is there anything natural I can do besides cranberry juice/pills? How do you know for sure if you have an infection. I have no burning or pain.

What goes in has to come out. If you drink a lot of water you will urinate more frequently compared to a person who hardly drinks any water. Could you quantify the amount of water you drink per day?

Another important thing is the amount of urine when you void. If you void frequetly but the amount you produce is 10 ml (I mean a very small amount) then I'd worry about it but if it is 500 ml than it means the liquids you consumed are simply being excreted from your body.

Also, I am not sure how much good you are doing to your body if you are consuming large amounts of cranberry pills/juice everyday? That itself could be the problem by irritating your bladder liner, hence causing spasms which will give you the signal to void more frequently. Give it a break annd see how it goes. If your frequency bothers you too much then you may want to keep a "pee diary" for a while where you record the amount liquids consumed per day and compare it to how much you pee.

Hope this helps.

Question

Have you ever been tested for diabetes? Symptoms are extreme thirst and frequent urination.
