Question Urinary question

I am having surgery on friday, and I am concerned about urinating while on the table. I do not have an incontinence problem, but some days I tend to urinate every hour. Is this something that I need to mention to my doctor. My surgery is only supposed to be 1 hour, 2 at the most.

do tell the doctors about it, I am sure this is a common thing for them
also if its a general anasthetic, you may wet the bed afterwards so tell everyone

You may have a urinary catheter placed in during surgery which would make it a non-issue - but if you do - like the other poster said - it is very common and something they deal with all the time.
