Question Is this normal?

I am a 21 yr old female w/ no history of bladder problems. I urinate about every 2-3 hours, and maybe 1-2 times at night. I know that each persons voiding pattern is different, but after I urinate, I don't feel like I have emptied my bladder. This does not happen all of the time, but every couple of weeks or so I notice this. I'm not sure if it's from thinking about the problem, or my nerves. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them?

This is a bit of a problem, and it can lead to things like stones and infections later on if you don't get it checked out.

Do you by any chance have diabetes or something?

No, I don't have diabetes or any other health problems. I only have this happen before big trips, so everyone I talk to seems to think it's because I am always nervous about having to make the driver of the car stop so often. I always seem to be in a car w/ people who don't go very often

See your doctor. They should probably refer you to a urologist.
