This might be a small complication of the hypospadias, but the thing that's difficult is that, it's hard to determine what the severity of the hypospadias was before you had your surgery; however, the bottom line is, I know you're scared to have surgery to your penis, but I'm telling you that it's not like they're going to cut it off!!
Obviously, this new development (no pun intended) is interfering with your urinating and something needs to be done about it. I don't think it's anything serious that can't be fixed pretty quickly....but given your history of hypospadias, it's a good idea to get it checked out by a urologist.
