 Spots on penis shaft
I discovered a week ago two spots on the shaft of my penis.
One is lower on the back, the other higher on the front.
They are dry, red spots, about 1 cm in diameter. There is NO itching, burning, pain, oozing, etc. Just reddish, dry skin.
The spots are not raised. That is, they appear to be surface discoloration only, with a little flakey skin.
I had been agressively masturbating with NO lubrication prior to noticing these marks. Could these be friction burns? If so, how best to treat?
I doubt it would be STD related as I am monogomous and I believe my wife is as well.
