Angry pain in both spermatic cords
Wondering if any body out there can help. After unprotected oral sex over a year ago, my spermatic cords (vas deferens?) hurt almost constantly. I have been to numerous doctors and have been on various antibiotics. All blood,urine,and other tests are negative. Did anybody out there experience this and figured it out? What pathogens can cause such strange symptoms? Any input would be much appreciated. overayear

It sounds like it could be prostatitis.

I have no pain in the prostate area. I do not have to urinate frequently or have any other urinary problems........?
