Okay... recently when I go to urinate, I don't feel any burning or pain during urination but after I'm done urinating, I'll feel a slight burning sensation and I also feel as if there are a few drops of urine left in the shaft of my penis. When I squeeze the tip of my penis to open the pee hole a bit, it's quite tender and provides that same slight burning sensation.
Today right after ejaculating, the same burning sensation occured. Recently, my doctor has referred me to a bowel specialist because she suspects I may have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I get slight cramps in my abdomen both mid-abdomen and lower abdomen. Are these things related?
I've been tested for a UTI and that came back negative. I'm hoping the symptoms I described above, particular with the part where after urinating I feel like there is a bit of urine trapped in the shaft of my penis will help explain what this may be and whether it's possibly related to the cramps or IBS that my doctor suspects I have...
One other thing... There is no cloudiness in the urine and the urine itself looks very clear. Any feedback on this would be very helpful!
P.S - I've also been noticing that the tip of my penis where the pee-hole is located is getting a little redish as if it's sore.

It could also be Kidney Stones....you can get a simple test for blood in your urine.

I am no doctor but this definetly seems like a water infection, a mild one though. cystisis ususally creates a burning sensation whilst urinating but also causes burning sensations afterwards. The tip of your penis being sore i thik this is because of the build up of bacteria causuing irritations. I usually have cystisis but i am female and we are prone to this because of our canal being smaller than males but this does not mean males cannot get the infection.
Cystisi always makes the person feel the need to urinate and sometimes nothing comes out.
My advice is to literally sit on the toilet with 3 litres of water and stay there until you have drank it all, this will flush out the infection. If this does not work drink cranberry juice as this always help. Also boost your hygeine levels a little but do not wash your penis with soap as this can sometimes cause infection.
If the pain does not disappear within 3-4 days visit your gp because water infections can be dangerous if they are left untreated, they can cause kidney problems.
i forgot to add this could also be chronic prostasis which has the following symptoms
The symptoms of an inflamed prostate can include:
pelvic pain
a burning sensation when urinating
difficulty urinating
pain during urination
a frequent need to urinate; only passing small amounts of urine
lowered libido
painful ejaculation
impotence
fever or chills, in the case of ABP or CBP.
