stomach pain in right side when urinating
i recently went to the doctors regarding a problem i had with urinating. it was determined i needed a uretha dilation (something i had 8 years ago and was predicted i would need again at some point in the future). when being checked, the doctor asked if i had any stomach pain when urinating. at the time, i hadnt. however, in the last 2 days i have started to develop it - in the right side of my stomach. its not every time i go, just sometimes. i remember having it years ago before my last uretha dilation and it cleared up after the op.
however, since getting it this time, the pain feels a whole lot worse. even to the point sometimes that i dread going to toilet in case its painful. also, last time i went, i felt the pain had moved round to the lower right hand side of my back.
it takes about 5-10 mins for the pain to subside, but usually is still sore for a while after that.
i was just wondering if somebody could let me know what this might actually be and if there is anyway of relieving the pain till i get the uretha dilation op. or should i be booking an immediate appointment to my doctor as it has signs of something more serious? thanks in advance for any advice.
