Has anyone taken the Elmiron for 4 months to see if it works? I hear it only has a 38% effective rate on people but I am willing to try it. I was looking for some feedback on it? Thanks again..
i have been IC for long time but i find out about IC in year2001. since than i have been on Elmiron for 3 year. Elmiron is godgift to me. I try to quit Elmiron. My doctor's wish to see how i am doing without it. i was able to go without Elmiron for only 3 months & got back on now again.

Can I ask what your symptoms are? How did you deal for 6 months with this. I have no pain just the urge to go and have no other signs of IC. My Dr does not feel it is IC. I just want to get that cystoscopy and be told yes or no. That is it. I dont want to wait years for diagnosis.
