My 18 year old boyfriend had a terrible cold this past week and had a coughing spell while he was urinating two nights ago, which stopped the urine flow. Ever since, he has had a terrible burning sensation when he tries to urinate and usually does not get much, if any, urine to come out. Will this pain naturally go away and the urine flow be restored, or is it something he needs to see a doctor about?
