I'm 28 years old and in good health. However, just recently I've noticed that I have a slight burning feeling at the tip of my penis usually only after ejaculation. I'm married and in a totally monogamous relationship. I've been with my wife for the past 5 years. I'm thinking it might be a UTI or a yeast infection but I could be totally off. My wife has had a few yeast infections over the past 2 years. I don't have any fever at all but have been having some digestive problems. I've had constipation and diarrhea for about 5 days now. I'm assuming this is all related but again I could be totally wrong. I have had stomach cramps but no back pain or anything else. The tip of my penis seems to be a little red but no rash anywhere else. I constantly feel the urge to urinate and have had some discharge. What do you think is causing this and what should I do to treat it? I really don't want to go to my doctor for this because of my male pride. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Any burinng feeling after ejaculation or urinating is usually a sign of an infection.You ought to go to the doc's and get it sorted.He will probably give you some antibiotics.
I have had the same problem by the way.It's gone now.

Thrush is possible but if you are getting discharge It sounds more like a UTI and you will need some antibiotics to get rid of it.
I have the same things, urge to pee (up all night) pain in penis, pee razor blades, discharge, fever etc. And they're making me wait until tuesday at the clinic!
