Couple problems here I have not been able to solve myself.

A. I had a uti (urinary tract infection), not that common in men, still, I had it. It went away fine, but since then, I few problems have developed..

1. My penis seems swollen and discoloured..Not grossly discoloured or anything, but definitely redder and purple as in bruised around the rim of the head.

2. I have trouble urinating..Not urinating, but once i'm done I can't seem to shake everything out, same thing with ejaculating. Result? Drops of urine seem to stay in my penis and only come out after I pull up my pants and everything.

Could this be some sort of infection? It feels pretty sore alot..like, stings..and it almost seems like my urethra is too narrow for everything to go through properly..this problem is new..well, a few months.

I get the same kind of problem here, I still feel droplets of urine being forced out when when I put my clothes back on, it can get seriously annoying. I have also got stings and pains when I urinate, can someone give me a cure for this or something?

The problem with having urine still in the urethra after urinating might have something to do with the penis sphincter. It's a sphincter after the urethra that's supposed to keep your urethra dry. I had a cystoscopy once and was able to see my sphincter, it looks just like an anal sphincter but inside your penis. Those left over drops after urinating I can usually get out, but every once in a blue moon a drop stays there and tends to sting a little.
It's just a suggestion, your problem could be related to something entirely different.
