Mister WU

I was playng R-ball on Tuesday and took a ball at full speed you know where (left testie). After about 5 minutes the pain went away but I now have an ache in my gut (a few inches to the left of my belly button). Its not particularly painful, just annoying and I'm worried its not going to go away. Otherwise I'm ok though. No pain in testies, no blood in urine or anything like that. I'm just worried that I caused a hernia or something weird. Does anyone have any experience with this or anything like it?
