| Why do my testes turn rock hard? scared
Right now I have a problem with my genital area, in that for the past 3-4 months both my testicles (not the sack) seem to get rock hard in times of heavy lifting and sexual arousal. I have a varicocele on the left side and i was wondering if it can contribute to the hardness of the testicles. My testicles get a little softer and firm when Im not doing any sort of activity. I already visited 3 doctors and urologists about it and they dont seem to know what is going on. The Ultrasound showed I didnt have cancer or any kind of "classic" problems regarding the genitals (for ex:hydrocele, epipdytimus...). However they said my testicles are a bit on the small side of average, but I believe they have gotten smaller since i visited. They also told me my testicles had an unusual salt and pepper like texture and not what they call "homogenis" or soemthing like that...What is causing my testes to turn rock hard? Should I get my varicocele fixed in hopes that it might fix this problem? i am getting extrememly paranoid and any help will be appreciated.
