I am a 24 y/o male.

Awhile back I was diagnosed with chlamydia.

My urine was split stream and i always had to go.

I was treated for the infection and it is gone. But since the detection of the infection was not known for some time, the infection also spread to my prostate, enlarging it. But was treated with extensive course of Cipro to treat both prostate and chlamydia.

Fast foward a few weeks later-

Negative STD test
Prostate normal size again
Uranalysis OK

BUT STILL SYMPTOMS!!!

I can get up 5-6 times a night, even within the hour to try and dribble a little out, because that urgency is there. Usually not much comes out, but it does.

So i am sent to a Urologist.

Recieve a cytoscopy (cam up the penis to bladder) - nothing out of the ordinary.
They take ultrasounds of kidneys - everything OK
Time goes by and I tell myself nothing is wrong, but yet there are STILL SYMPTOMS - even worse when i am stressed out. But i have to pee ALL the time. But yes worse at night.

So today I got fed up, after having to get up numerous times to use the toliet last night - and went to the general practice doctor again.

-normal uranalysis
-normal prostate
- waiting on STD test but should be negative still - no new partners. and yes my long time partner was treated from the first incident the same time i was.

Doc gave me sample bottles of Flomax to try, u know like what u see on the commericials. This is an old man medicine ... I am 24. I am scared. What should I do? Maybe this will work? Anyone have any advice or opinons on what could be wrong with me?
