Neon Yellow Urine...
What does it mean when your urine is neon yellow? I don't recall ever having this before... just started taking some herbal supplements (5-HTP and L-Theanine), along with B complex, Omega 3, and Calcium/Magnesium... and I'm sure one or more of these things is turning my urine neon yellow. What does this mean?

It's the B-Complex (more specifically the B6 if memory serves me correctly). I started taking that a while back and the same thing happened to me, I think it happens with most everyone....nothing to worry about.

It is definately the vitamins!! Mine did the same thing I personally wouldn't worry!! They say your body flushes out the parts of the vitamins that it doesn't need
