passing clumps of protein/mucus/tissue in my urine

Hi everyone,
I am passing what looks like clumps of mucus in my urine...
there's no pain because they are soft and lubricated and just swish thru... they are the size of an eraser at the end of a pencil... they are usually followed by a few drops of blood and a small blood-clot... during the 12-24 hours prior to the passing of the clumps, my urine stream may be slow but returns to normal right after expelling the clumps... the only sensation is a slight fullness in the days following the passing of the clumps.
my urinalysis came out NORMAL and the analysis of the clumps of mucus revealed that they are made of protein, tissue, mucus & blood...
this seems to happen once a year [for the last 4 years] during winter only???
I thought they were kidney stones but this is the first time I'm able to capture one and have it analyzed...
I'm not alarmed but would really like to know what it is and if someone has encountered such phenomena???
My initial inquiry was with a naturopath but he refred me to a urologist...
Wish me luck, Jacques
