 Recurring UTI
In late December I got a UTI, and after about two weeks of driking cranberry juice it went away...but only for about 2 weeks. It came back, and I took cranberry pills and it went away...but only for a week. So, I finally went to the doctor and she said I had a 'small infection' and got Sulfa/Trimeth. I got 7 days worth (14 pills; 2 a day), and I'm on my 6th day, and I am still not feeling 100% better. I have drunk nothing but water since I got this 3rd infection, and the medicine has worked to some extent. I feel much better, but at times I still feel pain after I urinate and a while afterwards. What am I doing wrong? Is this not going to go away?
