Pain in testicles - more evident after ejaculation.

I am not sure where I should post this so I am going to post it or a link to it on 1 or 2 of the locations on this board. Please let me know where the proper place is.

Long story short I have noticed that after I ejaculate I tend to get this pain in my testicles. I have noticed it in the past especially in my left testicle. I guess I have always felt the left testicle was strange as when I am ejaculating this testicle feels like it is doing all the work and it rises up and almost into my bladder area. The testicle does not even looks like it is in the sack when I am ejaculating but more in my lower bladder toward leg area..

Ok well the problem is that I went on vacation with my girlfriend and had sex a few times and the pain came. However it was worse than normal as after sex the pain remained. I thought I had a hernia or something as the pain stayed with me and I felt it even when walking around and it lasted all day.

I then noticed that the pain intensified before a bowel movement and subsided some right after the bowel movement. This reminded me of a period 2 years ago when I had similar pain. I had horrible pain in my testicles that then worked up into my abdomen. Went to the hospital and they found no issue but thought I could have diverticulitus. Then I went to several specialists and they came up with prostatitus but nobody was ever 100% positive.

Back to the current story. A few days later, after not having sex, the pain in my testicles seemed to subside and instead moved into my lower left abdomen, just like it has 2 years ago. This is where the pain stayed for several days. It then started to subside and I decided to masturbate (Pleasure and to clear things out). Well that was bad because the pain in my testicles came back....

I can't figure it out the pain seems to be in the portion of the testicle that is towards the front of the scrotum. Basically the portion of the testicle closest to the penis. I have felt it and it definitely seems sensitive. It is not extreme pain to touch it but I feel something. However I am not sure if that is normal or abnormal. What I do know is that I have discomfort in my testicles. More in the left and some in the right... I am going to avoid ejaculating again for a few days but this is really strange.

I am going to see a gastroenterologist this week. Last time I saw him he was the one that suggested the idea that the pain could be from prostitius. I guess I should really go see a Urologist but I need a recommendation as the last one I saw was a complete jerk. He said he thought I had prostatitus but was an *** to me and told me he could not help me because I had told him I rode my bike one day... I can't explain it but he was a jerk...

Do you guys have any ideas of what this could be????

Re: Pain in testicles - more evident after ejaculation.

i can relate. Yeah, finally you found someone who relates. I always have testicle pain... it started 3 years ago..when i was 24. I started getting extreme sharp pain in the testicls.. went for checkup and tests, revelaed nothing.

Doc said i have orchalgia which is just some nerve pain in the testicles but that there is nothing but to live with it. I'm fine with that now.. i've learned to deal with it..just take care not to squeeze the testicles( by wearing jeans or tight pants or undies).

urologist said hot baths help and pain killers . Also, learn to control the pain by mental control . that's all we can do

Re: Pain in testicles - more evident after ejaculation.

By the way, i've also had pain in testes when ejaculating. don't know why.

And anotehr thing about my clinic experience.. the doctors got all scared and thought i would have testicular torsion.. ( which can mean the blood supply of your teste may die and then the testicle dies) but it wasn't even that. test showed totatlly normal.

I just got a big bill for having so many tests that resulted in "normal"

At that time i had aweful pain though. Fast forward to now.. i don't have any pain... AND i didn't even take any medicine.. Sometimes you just gotta cure yourself naturally.

I'm interested to know, a year later, have you been relieved of any of these symptoms? How is your heath? Did the pain go away? Any treatment options?

I'm having some issues similar to yours and hopefully I can learn from your experience.
