I have asked the mods to create an IC forum or subforum to be created in the urology forum, along with it's sister condititons (VV, IBS, etc.)
Please make the same request, so maybe it can happen! We need you here! We both know how misundertood and misdxd these conditions are!

That was very sweet of you to say! And yes, I will do the same. By the way, I just saw a post here from someone named Desparate1 who said she was also going to do the same. Maybe if enough of us make the request, we can get a forum here for ICers with suforums for the co-existing conditions of endometriosis, vulvar vestibulitis, vulvadynia, CFS, Fibro, etc. It's worth a shot! Huh? Thanks for the suggestion!

When you open the Urology forum above the list of threads there is something that says announcement from the webmaster and asks what they can do to improve the forums/boards. Click on that and email the webmaster your request. I have noticed in some of the other forums...depression forum for example, i think, that there are subforums within the depression forum that deal with more specific topics related to depression. I think it was the depression forum where I saw that. Thanks for the support!

Just wanted to let you guys know that I emailed the Mods today requesting a dedicated board for ICers with subforums for the co-existing conditions. I referred them to the well known IC sites for information about IC and how common it is even though it is not very well known. I hope that more and more people will also request it so we can have our own board. I think it would really do alot to raise IC awareness. I think so many people come on here and are lost to the other sites because there is no board for them, like there are for the other conditions. It makes them feel like their disease isnt important enough or that no one here has it or that no one here knows anything about it. So, I fear they will just move on to other sites.
