I had my 2nd UTI december 11th and was treated for it with 3 days antibiotics (caught it early). I hadn't gotten a chance to get another test to see if it cleared up. Now i am experiencing back pain (back pain only started this afternoon, is not super painful, but discomfort), and frequent urination (not just drops though, a decent amount is passing). is it possible that the infection did not go away and now it has spread to my kidneys
