clear urine
hi my urine is yellow in the morning, then a straw coloured yellow and by the evening it is clear-This is worrying me. All i drink is decaff tea na doccasionally watre- could this be the reason? Ive never noticed this before?

p.s. My intake of food and liquids ahve remained the same. Am worried about the clear urine. it is so unusual. I dont drink water-or very little

The more liquids you drink the lighter (clearer) your urine will be. Since you don't drink anything when your sleeping it's common for your urine to be darker first thing in the morning.

Clear urine is good, your body is well hydrated.
