From my knowledge,
Epididymitis is the inflammation of the epididymis. The epididymis is a structure that is found on each of your testicles, which basically connects the ducts from each testicle to the vas deferens, or ductus deferens. These deferens transfer sperm towards your urethra and on the way makes mixtures with (seminal) fluids in order to have ejaculation.
