Sweet Smelling Urine
In the past week or so, I've been noticing that my urine smells really sweet.I can't really describe what the smell is other than that. It's actually gotten to the point where I smell sweet more than the general plain smell of urine. Is this something I should be at all concerned about? If yes, what should I do?

Get a test strip from the pharmacy and test it for sugar. You could be pre-diabetic, or maybe it is just some change in your diet?

Nope. My diet has been the same for ages upon ages. And I don't know why I would be a pre-diabetic or anything...I'm a young female (18) and thin...

I agree about diabetes. My best friend has had juvenile diabetes since she was 12, and she said that one of the things that was really noticable after she got diagnosed was that her urine smelled like juicy fruit gum. She said if that ever happens to me, I should get it checked out for sure.

Have you been tested for diabetes lately? You need to get a blood test after fasting and see what it says.
