Dull Pain in left testicle that is radiating to left leg & left kidney.
Hello,
I have been experiencing a dull pain in my left testicle for the last 8 days. Over the last 3-4 days, it also has been radiating into my left kidney area and into my left leg.

I have no pain or discomfort when urinating or masturbating.

Laying on my back is most comfortable, but standing,/sitting/driving is somewhat uncomfortable.

I am a 45 year old man who is not currently sexually active.

Perfect health my entire life, with no medical conditions.
Any ideas ?

What do you do for a living? Do sit in a chair all day - or perhaps drive a semi - something of that nature. You might have epididymitis, which I have been told can be caused by this type of long term sitting. I have experienced a similar pain from time to time - testicular and associated leg pain (not kidney though). I have never really figured out what causes it, although I have come to believe that it might be some type of nerve issue - like sciatica - but I have nothing to prove that. Go see a doc and see what they say and let us know.

Sounds like you may have a kidney stone. Many times men with
these will present with testicle pain and back pain.
