Severe dehydration every morning

Every single morning I wake up severely dehydrated as if I had been drinking heavily. Dry mouth, very dark yellow urine. If I drink any water within a couple hours of bedtime I have to get up 2-4 times at night to go to the bathroom, and I still wake up extremely dehydrated. This has been going on for nearly a year. I'm a 23 yr old 180 lb pretty fit male (exercise 5 or 6 times a week). I've been tested for Diabetes and it came back negative. I also have no family history of Diabetes. All my labs were within normal limits. I was tested for STD's and they also came back negative. Any ideas??? I'm concerned that the constant dehydration may be putting a strain on my vital organs.

Thanks

Re: Severe dehydration every morning

Wow I have like the exact same thing as you. My mouth is parched every morning and I'm so thirsty! I also get up through the night to pee. Is your nose/sinuses congested in the morning when you wake up? I can barely breathe out of my nose when I wake up. I also have flu/cold like symptoms all the time. Is your urine foamy, mine is, and this indicates high levels of protein, which I still have yet to get an answer.

Re: Severe dehydration every morning

I would say my sinuses are a little stuffed up in the morning, but not bad. I don't have foamy urine or flu like symptoms so we might have slightly different problems, but definitely similar
