| In pain and out of options!
I'm a 28 yr old male with a mild to moderate pain in the right testicle. I noticed a tiny bump about 6 weeks ago, about 1/2 a centimeter.
My DR said it was NOT the epididymis, and ordered an ultrasound. Ultrasound was normal, and showed no lump at all in the right side, and only a spermatocele in the left side.
I head to a specialst and he tells me the lump is just the head of the epididymis. He can't explain the pain however.
Unsatisfied, I get a 2nd ultrasound from a different technician, and it too is normal. No sign of cancer, no hydroceles, spermatoceles, etc on the right.
I went to a second urologist, and he concurs that it's the head of the epididymis I'm feeling that is just a bit more pronounced than the left one.
I do not understand why I'm having this pain if it's just the epididymis head. I've been told I do not have epididimytis, and had 2 different urologists tell me I'm normal.
Having run out of viable options, can anybody out there tell me what I may be feeling and why I have been having a dull ache for the last 6 weeks?? i've never felt this before in my life for this long.
