| Unusual bacterial infection in the urine??
Hi there, my dr. just called as she put on an antibiotic just in case due to symtoms and said she would if there was something in the urine. I have to get another prescription. She said the bacterial infection i have is not very common i believe is what she said. it's something like Lactoberis? Maybe wrong spelling not sure. Any help with this would be awesome!
Update"The medication called in was for Flagyl. Could anyone tell me what this is most commonly usedfor? I know way back when, when me and my hubby would be intimate i got one infection and they said it was because it was the first time. Although my dr. said it was not an a std i believe i am almost wondering right now because of whats been going on and we are rarely intimate could this have happened? I am just wondering about everything. I am happy to know i'm not crazy and theres really an infection, but it's seems they do not know where! I have read that this kind of medicine is sometimes used for parasites possibly? So thats another issue but i thought that was only found through stool samples! And this was a urine analysis!
Thanks monkey
