| Kidney stone-large
After living with severe pain the last few months, I finally had to visit the e.r. just two days before I was to have CT scans and x-rays done. This occurred today and I was told that I have a 13mm-not a typo-stone. I'm to see a urologist in two days. What is the most likely procedure and outcome for a stone this large? For all those experiencing severe back pain, don't assume it's from an old back injury like I did.
