urinary pain and alcohol

For as long as I can remember, the morning after a night of drinking has always been a hard one due to recurring urinary pain and symptoms of a urinary tract infection. I have had a few urinary tract infections before, and it seems as if the next morning after a night of drinking these urinary tract symptoms seem to appear- with a burning sensation while urinating and frequency of urination. The only difference is, this urinary discomfort only seems to last about half the day, while a UTI lasts a couple of days. Was wondering if this occasional urinary discomfort is due to the alcohol consumption? It only seems to happen after drinking, which is why I have reason to believe they might be connected. If anyone could help, it would be great! thank you!

Re: urinary pain and alcohol

Lets just say I recently gave up drinking alcohol for good since everytime I get near it, I burn like crazy. Obviously it's causing irritation and inflammation. Yea same problem here. That can't be good for your bladder if it makes you burn everytime you drink.
