I recently had a bladder infection that turned into a kidney infection. I'm recovered now, but yesterday I found a lump on my vulva (noticed it at first because it was painful) and then today another seems to be forming on my perineum(again, I only noticed it because it felt sore). Could this in any way be related to the UTI I've just had or the antibiotics I took? I'm freaking out a bit, and a bit annoyed that there's something wrong again. The lumps are under the skin, not on the surface.
