Molly...I believe I had the same thing,on a recent annual trip,to my Urology man.I had a long narrow rod,with a lighted bulb on the end, inserted into my bladder(twice).
Then,I had my cat scan anyway.You may have skipped
this frightful trip to the bladder. Luck Bill
