bladder sling

Help! I just had a bladder sling surgery three days ago, can't controll urine leakage, worse now than before surgery. Is this normal? I can't empty my bladder, just small amounts come out and then 2 minutes later an uncontrolled urge to go again, just drops again. Does this get better and is it normal?
