| Why is there pain after manual paraphimosis treatment?
Hi,
I am 34 years old and two days back i pulled the foreskin retraction and unable to pull it back. Yesterday after searching Internet i came to know that it is called as Paraphimosis. And i tried simple way of manually pulling it back by pressing the glans and it worked.
I kept the penis with foreskin retracted for a day and it was painful. Now after pulling it back i am back to normal. But i can feel small pain in my glans when i touch it. Is it due to the delay in pulling back. I am not feeling pain during urinating or so.
When i browsed through Internet, one of them suggested to take Tramadol (the pain relief), in that scneario can i take other pain relief like Panadol, etc.
