Hi, im 18 and for the past 6 months i have had problems urinating at night, and have had post void dribbling. After doing some research, i am starting to think it is possibly a result of meatal stenosis, as i have a small closing of the urethral opening (circumcised penis). However, the problem is getting worse and worse, and last night i was up for 5 hours, frequently going to the toilet with small, weak jets of urine. Is it possible that all this has resulted from a small gap in the urethral opening, or is it more likely to be due to another problem? I have read countless posts on the internet about meatal stenosis, but there has never been an emphasis on the urination problems that i am experiencing. I am extremely worried and am hoping that a meatotomy will be the solution to my problem, but i fear that may not be the case
