I am a 38 year old man with problems when I urinate. Recently I have started to urine at a strange angle, i.e vertically downwards, which causes me to urinate on my pants/trousers, if I have not stood at a different stance at the urinal or toilet. This angle occurs about 50% of the time. I also have to wait up to a minute for the urine to start and also urinate very often too.

Any ideas what may be wrong?
