need advice please

I want to ask your advice if you don't mind.Last week I went to a urologist
for a second opinion and seemed very competent. I asked him for his opinion
and he recommended to have a turp for my enlarged prostrate done at the same
time as removing bladder stones. He said this is standard practice.
The next day went to see the urologist who is scheduled to do the surgery for
bladder stones in 2 weeks. When I asked him about doing 2 procedures at the
same time he said there would be too much bleeding. He tried to warn me if he
could not break the stones or if they were too large he would have to do open
surgery. I asked him to take another x-ray to check but he said it wouldn't
make a difference. I walked out of the office loosing confidence in him.
Do you think I can trust his doctor or cancel surgery with him.The first time
he did a cystoscopy he said I needed open surgery. After researching from the
internet I asked him if cystolitholapaxy was possible and after taking an x-
ray determined open surgery was not needed. Now he is not sure.
I don't know what to do.Any suggestions or advice would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks again for your help and support.
