Bladder Muscle weak: Prostate problems

Is it possible for Urologists to see that a person's bladder muscle to discharge urine is weak by doing a cystoscopy of the prostate to treat problems? Is there a way for the specialist to know by doing tests? If anyone knows the answer, I appreciate the response?
